When will you ship my instrument?

We try to ship most of our orders within 24 hours. However, rarely if the item is not in stock then we will email you the within 24 hours its exact dispatch date.

How do you ship?

We ship all our COD orders through FedEx. However if your location is not in the COD list, then we ship through Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, First Flight or any other reputed courier company which can reach your location. If you have a preference for some particular courier company, please let us know.

How do you package safely?

We package above and beyond the required safe packaging standards. Our damage rates are extremely low. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will resolve the problem you have.

What is the transit time for an item?

Most items are shipped on Surface mode and have a transit time of 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. If you want the shipment to be expedited, please let us know and we will ship using the expedited service, however you will have to bear some extra charge for using this service.

Where is my item shipped from?

All of our instruments are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi.

Do you ship to All over India?

We usually ship to all over India. However, some areas are not serviceable. In a rare case, if this happens, we will inform you after the order is placed. Also, if there are any extra charges to fulfil the order, we will let you know.

Can I come to your warehouse to buy?

What if I receive a damaged item?

Our packaging is superb and most likely your item will be received in perfect condition. However, in a rare case, if you receive a damaged item, please communicate with us and we will take full responsibility and replace the item for you without any hassle.
